Visitor gets a Thank You message.Details sent to the company’s Front Desk panel and mail.

(B) – Self Registration through Front Desk panel

Front Desk can Register a New Visitor using their panel, in case of non smart phone user.

Login to Front Desk panel (Mobile)

Front Desk will Login using provided URL and login Credentials in the Signup mail.

Preview, Approve & Check-In (Mobile)

Post Login, Front Desk will land on Activity page as under. Visitors details can be seen here. Front Desk can click on ‘Green button’ against each Visitor and can see Visitor details Preview And can click on ‘Approve & Check-In’

Manual Visitor Entry (Mobile)

Front Desk can also manually enter Visitor details and can allow Check-In.

Login to Front Desk panel (PC panel)

Front Desk will Login using provided URL and login Credentials in the Signup mail.

Visitor Ledger (PC panel)

Visitor Check-In details can be viewed from ‘Reports’ section on PC panel only. You can select any date range and can access Visitor Ledger. Visitor Ledger can be Exported in Excel/CSV format by clicking on ‘Export Log’ button.
